Impact Fund

A multi-story historic brick building with black window shutters, a wooden porch with decorative iron supports, and surrounded by greenery under a bright blue sky with scattered clouds.

The SEEC Impact Fund is pleased to co-invest with the owners of The Parrott House LLC as its first initiative.

“Having a boutique hotel on Schoharie’s Main Street not only puts the historic building back in use, it responds to a desperate need in the community for quality lodging,” remarked Cassandra Harrington, President and CEO, Destination Marketing Corporation.

SEEC welcomes other investors to join in the project, please donate to the Impact Fund below or submit an Interest Form so we may tailor an approach for your giving.
