SCHOHARIE COUNTY, N.Y. — Schoharie County Economic Enterprise Corporation (SEEC) today announced the launch of the 2026 Digital Enlighten Series, a structured five-session training program designed to equip local small business owners with advanced digital tools and strategies that directly support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Designed to help Schoharie County business owners excel in digital marketing, these sessions offer actionable steps, hands-on tutorials, and real-world examples to support online business success. Running from March through November 2026, the series builds on SEEC's leadership in digital inclusion and broadband expansion to move local businesses beyond introductory digital literacy — delivering applied, revenue-generating strategies tailored to the real-world challenges facing rural small businesses today.
Attendees will have the opportunity to share challenges and receive expert-led guidance in a collaborative setting. By tackling common digital hurdles, this series aims to equip Schoharie County businesses with practical strategies and valuable resources to grow online.

March — QuickBooks Online Practical Training Led by Emily Haley, QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Certified Digital Bookkeeper. Hands-on training to strengthen financial systems, improve bookkeeping accuracy, and connect financial clarity to business growth decisions.
May — Digital Marketing Strategies & Sales Growth Practical tools to attract customers online, build effective campaigns, and generate measurable sales growth through digital channels.
July — Social Media Strategy & Brand Positioning Strategies for intentional brand storytelling, audience targeting, and consistent social media performance.
September — Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Business Efficiency Real-world AI applications for content creation, customer engagement, workflow automation, and cost reduction.
November — Website Optimization, SEO & Data-Driven Performance Strategy Skills to maintain and optimize websites, improve search engine visibility, and use analytics to drive informed business decisions.
