SEEC Solicits Proposals for Hazardous Materials Abatement and Window Replacement at 204 Main Street, Sharon Springs

Sharon Springs, NY — The Schoharie Economic Enterprise Corporation (SEEC), administrator of the NY Forward Small Project Fund for the Village of Sharon Springs, is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals for work at 204 Main Street, Sharon Springs, NY. 

SEEC is seeking proposals for the following services: 

• Hazardous Materials Removal/Abatement Services 
  Licensed asbestos and lead abatement contractors are invited to submit proposals for hazardous materials remediation services at the project site. 

• General Contractor Services – Window Replacement 
  Qualified General Contractors are invited to submit proposals for the removal and replacement of forty-seven (47) windows. The selected contractor will be responsible for coordinating with required hazardous materials remediation activities. 

A pre-bid site visit will take place on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM (EST) at 204 Main Street, Sharon Springs, NY. 

The extended deadline for submission of proposals for both scopes of work is Friday, March 27, 2026, by 12:00 PM (EST).

All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM (EST) to admin@seecny.org. 

New York State–certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) are strongly encouraged to apply.
